History and Paperwork
- First registered in 1964 and had only one former registered keeper before being acquired by the previous owner in 2020
- Discovered as a barn find where it had been stored since 1969
- Current owner acquired the vehicle in 2024
- Has a valid Contrôle Technique until December 2027
- All numbers match (engine, gearbox, and rear axle)
- Comes with BMIHT heritage certificate confirming authenticity
- FFVE formalities completed (certificate present) but registered with normal French registration
- Original UK V5 registration ('9859 FZ') still in possession with UK plates
- €1,400 of work completed by current owner in July 2024 including new dynamo, water pump, front wheel bearings, clutch, etc

- Dashboard painted in body colour with chrome details in MK1 style (can be reverted to MK2 interior if desired)

- The vendor informs us that the car is in excellent condition after 6,000 miles driven by current owner
