Few vehicles are as instantly recognisable as the Volkswagen Type 2, whose split-screen front end, simple mechanical layout and wonderfully versatile body made it one of the defining vehicles of the post-war era. Manufactured in Brazil in 1972, this left-hand-drive example is recorded with two former UK keepers and is accompanied by numerous receipts detailing previous maintenance.
