Highlights
- Restored pickup with neat detailing inside and out
- Only two UK keepers with first for 50 years
- Used as a commercial vehicle for a bike and scooter business
- Recent recommissioning including engine rebuild, new suspension, and cabin retrim
The Appeal
Much as the classic Coopers are magnetically appealing, there is something about this restored Pick Up that makes it seriously stand out. Neatly detailed with its Cooper S wheels, retrimmed interior and ply-lined load area, it would work as a mobile advertising hoarding for a business or a weekend show star.
First registered in 1974, we’re told that it spent the first 50 years of its life working for its living delivering scooters and bikes for a business. Acquired by the second keeper from a deceased estate, it was subsequently moved to the Isle of Man and extensively recommissioned, Work included a full engine rebuild, new suspension and a cabin retrim. The renovation work has been done sympathetically, giving the buyer a very tidy, tasteful Pick Up with some neat upgrades.
Presented in good condition and with the option of commercial use or show stardom, we suspect this Pick Up will appeal strongly to fans of Issigonis’ brilliant invention.

Will a v5c be issued by DVLA without a Nova1 form showing all import duties and vat having been paid, your letter states a free application, I have waited three months for a previous purchase from Isle of Man and still don’t have a V5C
