The Appeal
This 1995 Silver Spirit III is recognised as one of the last Rolls-Royces built using the firm’s traditional, fully hand-crafted techniques. These later cars got improved safety features, including airbags and were built in extremely small numbers. Just 234 left the works, of which only 182 were RHD cars like this Peacock Blue example.
It is one of the 51 RHD cars built in 1995. Beyond its rarity and notable place in Rolls-Royce’s development, what sets it apart is its truly impressive service history. The handbook is so full that it has been extended, totalling 29 stamps by main dealers and blue-chip specialists up to May 2025. Since 2002 it has been exclusively maintained by marque specialist Balmoral. The car has covered less than 1,000 miles since the last service.
As you might expect of a car that has been maintained so well, it presents very well, the paintwork in good order and the Magnolia and Royal Blue cabin looks barely used. This is a fine example of a very usable Rolls-Royce. The lengthy, advisory-free MOT adds reassurance.

Hello, I'm very interested in your Peacock Blue Silver Spirit III. The service history is particularly impressive. Before arranging a viewing, could you please clarify the bodywork condition? Are there any signs of corrosion, bubbling, filler or previous repairs around the wheelarches, rear doglegs, sills, lower doors or underneath? Could you also provide close-up photographs of these areas, particularly any paintwork imperfections mentioned in the listing? I'm looking for a car to use and cherish rather than a restoration project, so I'd appreciate an honest assessment. Many thanks.

Hi Lee, Many thanks for your detailed reply. That's very reassuring, and the car certainly looks like a lovely example. The colour and extensive service history are particularly appealing. I'd really appreciate the additional photographs when you get a chance, especially around the wheelarches, lower bodywork and underside. Thanks again for your help. Best regards, Peter
