The Appeal

The British are masters of understatement. The 'White Badge Edition' XKR is so much more than it sounds. Certainly, these runout models do feature a white badge, but they also have 20-inch BBS wheels, cross-drilled Brembo brakes, and darkened taillights. The interior boasts Recaro seats, elmwood or carbon veneers, and checkered tread plates. Performance is upgraded with stiffer suspension, sharper steering, and a raised 174 mph top speed. These are special cars.

This example was acquired approximately two years ago from the former president of Jaguar Historic Vehicles, lending it notable provenance. Reported to be completely stock, it comes with service history from new, having most recently been serviced just 2,000 miles ago. During the current ownership, a new fuel tank was installed, and the underside received a wax oil treatment. Stored in a covered garage, the seller states the exterior and interior are in excellent condition for the car's age, with only a small area of paint bubbling on the front fender and a minor mark on the center console leather.
