1967 Mercury Cougar XR7 Hardtop Coupe 289 V8 with 3-speed Automatic Transmission, Power Steering and factory A/ C. Finished in Dark Ivy Green with Luxury Saddle Bucket Seats and interior, dual exhaust and 15-inch Weld Racing alloy wheels fitted with recent new tyres.
Built at Dearborn in Mitchigan on the 8th of August 1967. This take on the Mustang from Mercury-based on the 67 Mustang Coupe and produced by Ford-makes for a refreshing change to the ever popular but consequently numerous Mustang. It's Charger style vacuum operated headlight doors making it an even more distinctive car on the road.
It comes with a huge History File complete with maintenance and restoration invoices, original hand book and all MOT's going back to its first importation into the UK in 1978. Given complete new paintwork just last year ans comes with its original spare wheel and boot mat, new MOT and service.
