This one is a sought-after genuine factory 300TDi County Station Wagon, not a conversion from a van.
we sold this one to the last owner in 2013. He's had 5 years and 40000 miles of fun in it, and has continuously improved it over the years. In 2016 he took the plunge and rebuilt it around a new Richards galvanised chassis.
It has the usual high County spec. It’s fitted with: full County cloth interior including tinted glass, alpine lights and sliding side windows, rear seat belts, power steering, , sunroof etc.
Also fitted with boost alloys, snorkel, XS style sidesteps, NAS spec rear lights and bumper, and swingaway spare wheel carrier.
Mechanically it has full-width intercooler, EGR removal, and has been fully polybushed.
Interior-wise it has a nice radio/ CD with iPod capability, parrot Bluetooth, lowered rear bulkhead giving more space, and an Exmoor trim retractable forward-facing seat in the back with 3 point belt, in matching techno trim.
The last owner has carried out the following mods to it
Richards galvanised chassis, washed, primed and painted.
Full width intercooler.
Uprated 120amp alternator.
Replaced glow plugs and wiring.
Recon gearbox, hd clutch fork and new clutch.
Discovery transfer box for higher gearing.
Recently replaced power steering box and pump.
Raptor dash with CB, Sony stereo and switches for off road lights, usb and 12v lighter socket. Turbo gauge, battery voltage gauge and oil pressure gauge.
