Built on the 8th March 1954, OXL 655 is a genuine UK RHD BN1 100/ 4 and has remained in the UK throughout its life. Originally painted Spruce green, this car was dispatched to Car Mart Limited in London and first registered on the 17th March 1954.
In 2014, the current owner commissioned JME Healeys to proceed with a full nut and bolt restoration to the show stopping condition you now see the vehicle. The original chassis, inner structure and outer body were restored. The engine was full rebuilt, to BN1 specification. The car was painted in the desirable colour of Healey Blue. All original components were re-used on the rebuild where possible to keep the car to true BN1 specification. A full re-trim with leather seats & tailored hood & tonneau cover were also completed. The car is supplied with Documented and photographic record of the restoration along with history file. Since handover to the customer in September 2015, the car has covered less than 500miles.
Supplied with original logbook. Current UK V5C registration document, Heritage certificate, and a detailed folder of invoices. The car also retains its original chassis, body and engine plates.
A recently restored car in superb condition, this car is being sold on behalf of the current owner. It would be difficult to find a better 100/ 4 for sale on the market at this time and not possible to replicate for the asking price.
