The Norton is a 100% genuine 1965 Atlas 750cc model, last used in 2010 / 9 years ago, There are some old Mots and a tax disc as can be seen on the bike.
I have been assured the motorcycle was running perfectly until the day he stopped riding the Norton Atlas.
100% not seized, lots of engine compression on kickstart.
With close inspection i cannot see any reason why the 1965 Norton Atlas will not start with a little amount of work and dusting down, with a gentle recommission to bring back to life i. e fresh oils / fuels / and a carb clean out.
Indicators can easily be removed and the bike seems to have the wrong front mudgaurd.
