Description
This is a 1929 / 1936 Austin 7 project to build a Ulster replica or single seat racer. It comprises the following.
1936 Chassis with new side rails and modifications to fit vintage back axle.
Vintage 3 piece back axle with backplates modified for later brakes
Lowered sports front axle with flattened spring and drop links for tge radius arms.
Flattened rear springs
Girling type brakes
Hydraulic shock absorbers
15 inch rear wheels with wide rims
17 inch front wheels
Vintage 1929 engine (totally dismantled) with sand cast crankcase
Vintage 3 speed gearbox with remote gear change lever
Various boxes of loose parts and spares including gauges etc
There is one old buff log book present which may help with registering the finished article
The kit is not complete but all major conpinants are present and it is sold for total restoration.
