1999 Rover Mini Cooper In classic British Racing Green with a white roof, bonnet stripes and mirrors. It also has bumper over-riders and 4 spot lights giving that classic and sporty Mini Cooper iconic styling. This mini was first bought by a retired lady who would only drive it in the dry and always kept it garaged. It was promised to her sons best friend who ended up buying it when her eye sight was failing. He has also kept the car garaged and very well cared for and as a result it is in ‘time warp’ original condition. To my eye all of the paint is factory original and the inside is also immaculate. It has covered just 8950 miles in the last 20 years and is one of the most untouched and original mini Coopers I have seen. I have a full history file from new with stamped service book and all of the past MOT’s to support the mileage, plus the original book pack and both sets of keys. I have just serviced the car and fitted 4 new Yokohama 165 tyres which give a great ride and more positive feel in the corners. It drives wonderfully and is quiet, refined and like a new mini would of felt back in 1999. I do 60, 000 miles a year trying to find immaculate, original examples and when you do it is very rewarding. If only I could find more like this!
