For sale is my 1988 Honda CBR250R MC19. This motorcycle was imported into the UK in early 2001 and was first registered with the DVLA on the 1st March 2001. The bike has had 8 previous owners both in Japan and in the UK, during its 31 year life it has covered 31, 328 Miles.
This bike is extremely rare with only a small number of examples remaining in the UK (can only find 5 on the DVLA register, and none for sale in the whole of Europe), and is becoming even rarer due to the popularity of these engines being used in replica Grand Prix motorcycles as it revs north of 20, 000 RPM.
During my ownership the bike has undergone a full nut and bolt restoration, with no part being left untouched. I have spent many hours bringing this bike back to the excellent as new condition it is and has been a project of mine for the past 9 months. During the restoration process this bike has received the following parts:

Receipts and paperwork to prove.
This bike runs perfectly and sounds like it just rolled off the production line, and still has the signature gear driven cam whistle. Valve clearances all checked and no valve train noise at all, and compression test showed within all manufacture tolerance - This motor has never been split.
This bike 100% immaculate and is unridden since restoration. Currently SORN'd and without MOT, but an MOT can be put on the bike at the request of a serious buyer.
Feel free to message me with any questions, and all photos of the restoration process can be provided upon request.
