The car was produced in March 1979 and sold to a Porsche dealer in California. The car left the factory with a long list of desirable upgrades including passenger-external mirrors, forged alloy wheels, power-operated antenna, Bilstein sport shock absorbers, blacked-out trim – color code headlight rings, leather steering wheel, rectangular front fog lights, center console, and power windows.
