Suzuki TS90 R 1971 (Honcho)
Complete engine rebuild to include rebore, new piston (+0. 1) rings and little end bearing. New big end bearing, crank bearings, seals and all gearbox bearings and seals. Copper head gasket and complete Japanese gasket set.
Original seat recovered, NOS speedo, new coil, battery and ignition switch. All other parts original and refurbed. New tyres on original good rims, has been painted reasonably but not professionally. Chrome rear light and mudguard in good condition, front light is from a 72. Indicators are included but not on the bike.
Still fettling the carb and clutch a little but will try to get these right ASAP. I had one of these as my first bike in 74 but think I will keep my little Benelli rather than this!
This is a US import now UK registered with V5c in my name, not totally original but a great way in to classic motorcycling. It's 48 years old so not perfect and not a restoration but a rescue so it can be used, a great looking bike.
