D model with full matching numbers and was distributed by Ernest W Hatfield of Sheffield and bought new by Denis Flather, owner of steel works company W. T. Flather Ltd and well known car enthusiast and business man that was a former director of Aston Martin in the '70s, all confirmed by the heritage certificate and original buff logbook that is supplied with the car. The car now records 44, 000 miles and has had just four former keepers.
This very genuine Jaguar presents today in a condition that is getting harder to find looking exactly as it should, very sharp and original.
