motodrome offer for sale this stunning looking and driving 2017 (2018 model) VW Golf R 3-door 7-speed DSG mark 7. 5, looking great in Deep Black Pearlescent with full anthracite sports trim, factory black alloys and factory 90% tint on rear windows.
My own car and daily driver* since December 2017, and probably the best car I’ve ever owned, with massive performance when you want it. It’s been totally reliable and dependable, and has never put a foot wrong. And it’s the rare 3-door.
It’s a facelift Mark 7 (or 7. 5 if you prefer) with all the later upgrades including the 310hp motor, 7-speed DSG gearbox with tiptronic and choice of driving modes, LED lights etc, but this one also has the following factory fitted extras: TFT digital dashboard, larger touchscreen satnav, 19in ‘Pretoria’ alloys (shod with a matching set of the correct spec tyres), and 90% tint rear windows.
All late R’s left the factory with a good spec including digital climate control (serviced by VW last summer), adaptive cruise control, heated front sports seats with R logo, satnav, DAB radio, Xenon headlamps, full electrics etc. Everything works as it should.
Warranted 25500 miles in the hands of two owners (me since Dec 2017 and a VW demonstrator for it’s first 3 months) and always serviced by VW main dealer as part of their service plan. Comes with balance of manufacturers warranty.
I’ve always done my best to look after it, I’ve never taken it on track days, and it’s strictly as original – not been chipped or otherwise modified – it’s more than fast enough in my opinion.
