For sale is my mk2 Mini Cooper S racecar, fully restored after barn find restoration.

this car has a long history with the mini seven club, it was built as a mini miglia in 1978 by the previous owner bob sayer, in conjunction with Abington special tuning (who built the works minis) raced until the mid 80s and stored until we found it as a barn find, in 2013.
It was built at Abingdon special tuning as a weekend project using many of their parts and technical knowledge.
The car car has been restored retaining all the period modifications and parts, livery and unique special tuning components.
it has been built to current mini seven specification with a 0 hour rob Selby race engine and jack knight dog box installed.

Far too many parts to list but has all the right bits, please contact me for any information or viewing of the car. Note: does not have cooper S v5, it was built as a race car in the 70s when this was irrelevant. It retained the previous racecars mk1 log book.
this is a truely unique car, restored to original yet current competitive status. Comes with many spares and original miglia wheels and suspension
This car is eligible to race in the British mini 7 series, however with a few changes it will be eligible for the CSCC swinging 60s series, and the motorracing legends U2TC series, go race with the best!
