If you know your campers, you'll know that the the early, low light bays are increasingly rare and very desirable as they have the split screen rear end with oval tail lights and rounded bumpers. This one is a tin top and starts, drives and stops very well.

All welding and body repairs have been done; new lower front panel, sills, rear wheel arch, sliding door lower repair panel, under windscreen repair panel, front wheel arch and step. All outriggers and jacking points are sound.
Professionally lowered for improved handling by local mechanic
MOT'd until August 2020 by Luccombs VW specialist garage in Bristol (although, she is MOT exempt)
Road tax exempt (you still have to tax it but it's free!!)

New fuel gauge sender unit. Changing from 3rd into 2nd is an acquired skill - very common with these T2 vans.
If you've never had a camper before, please bear in mind that this vehicle is over 50 years old! So if you're looking for power steering, ABS, Air conditioning and cruise control this is not the bus for you! However, if you're serious about owning a classic VW this is a beauty.
