Here at Old Colonel Cars we have we are lucky enough to have an immaculate BMW E63 M6. This must be one of the best E63 M6’s available on the market today. This M6 has covered 87, 000 Miles, backed up with a fully documented service history, all performed by BMW main dealers or well respected specialists. This example has been perfectly maintained, it is in genuinely immaculate condition throughout. An M Power performance weapon when you feel like it but the perfect, refined GT cruiser when you need a relaxing drive.
Specification
This BMW is finished in Saphire Black Metallic with a Black Merino leather interior with Piano Black gloss trim. This BMW comes with a lovely specification including Heads up display, Bluetooth Phone, Sat Nav, DVD, Heated electric seats and much much more.
This car also benefits from both original keys.
Bodywork / Interior / Wheels etc
The metallic Black paintwork is in excellent condition. Looking through the receipts, and major chips etc have been taken care of by BMW, so as you can imagine it looks fantastic. Look closer and there are no noticable marks at all, you will be hard pressed to find a better presented M6.
The Merino extended leather interior with the Gloss trim is the perfect choice for this car. The condition throughout is excellent, again its clear this car has been correctly looked after.. Take a look at the many interior pictures on our website, it quite amazing how good this interior is.
The Alloys are all in perfect condition. Again looking at the history, these were replaced at great cost by BMW recently with the correct OEM Alloys. I think that tells you the type of ownership this car has enjoyed. All are fitted with the correct Goodyear tyres, all with plenty of tread remaining.
Chassis
The outstanding condition continues, the sills and jacking points are all in excellent condition. Look closer, all the suspension components, the brake lines, all in excellent shape.
Engine / Gearbox
The engine fitted to this M6 is start of the show. A fabulous 5. 0 V10 engine, producing 500 BHP and can be pushed to almost 8000 RPM. The first and only production BMW V10, this engine is amazing. This car features a sports exhaust, which really makes the most of this engine, but is perfectly quiet when preferred.
The gearbox is the 7 speed SMG III. This allows very fast changes using the paddles, or you can cruise in auto mode when it suits you. This setup works very well, gear changes are very quick, a big improvement on early SMG systems.
History
This M6 was originally supplied by the main dealer ‘North Oxford Garage’. We have all the original manuals, in their original leather wallet along with a fully stamped original service book. The well organised history folder contains old MOT’s, a folder full of old service receipts going back to the original sales invoice.
The last owner enjoyed this car as part of a small collection. Reluctantly letting this one go due to moving to a country property with no storage or access for this lovely car.
