Another of our well priced working tractors, 1965 Basilden built Ford 4000 in very good running order, best starting tractor in our yard this summer, slightest touch of the key and its away.
Starts instantly and runs very well. Pulls like a train, a really strong engine, It drives very well with a smooth clutch, no judder, all the gears select easily in both ranges. The brakes are working well holding on a steep hill. Lift arms are working smoothly and the PTO operates. Oil and water in the right places and the right colours, no signs of leaks or drips from the engine. Tin work is solid and presentable with good patina. Tyres all stay inflated with no slows or leaks.
Not road registered, no log book, printed invoice supplied with serial number, we can supply all the links to achieve registration. The 4000 is a popular model with plenty of poke at 55hp, but yet still agile in a tight spot.
Lights not working, clock not working its showing 8129 hours, swinging drawbar is missing, a complete brand new one available posted for £125 +VAT online, these points are reflected in the low asking price.
Good size tractor, starts well, runs well, stops well and most importantly priced well.

This item has already been thoroughly cleaned and jet washed, it will be fully wiped down with antiseptic on the controls before leaving here and prior to delivery / collection.

We can deliver to most UK postcodes for £400, less if local. Highlands, Islands and outlying pls check. Pallet delivery is a cheap low cost option and sent at buyers liability, other delivery options are available.
