This is a genuine station wagon not a conversion from a van.
Fitted with: a matching set of 5 BFG Mud Terrain tyres, sidesteps, rear step, towpack with ball and pintle, mudflaps all round, easyclean interior with centre oddments tray, rear seat belts, and alarm/ immobiliser
Further uprated with black chequerplate to wingtops, modesty covers and rear quarters, front light guards, LED indicator and marker lights, security bonnet hinges and bonnet cable guards.
Inside it has a Pioneer radio/ CD with USB port, dog guard, and X-Defend armoured ignition lock.
Mechanically standard except fitted with 1:2 ratio transfer box, double carden propshafts, uprated half shafts all round, heavy duty suspension, and clutch assist kit.
Just 2 previous owners from new – owned 2004-2016 by The Crown Estate office in Windsor – so who knows who might have been behind the wheel (maybe not the Duke of Edinburgh as it’s dent-free) and the dog guard would certainly keep the Corgis in check.
Odometer reading 183000 miles but drives like it’s done half that – being an ex Crown Estate car it would have been maintained within an inch of it’s life. The last owner has continued that tradition and there is a big sheaf of service and repair bills in the folder from 2016 to the present. In 2017 an Ashcroft Transmissions LT230 transfer box with 1:2 ratio was fitted, together with the Terrafirma heavy-duty suspension. Last serviced October 2019 at c. 175000m.
