A limited run of 1953 of these “550 Spyders” were made to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the original 550 spyder. This Limited Edition Anniversary Boxster is number 1337 with the plaque on the centre console showing the number.
The car is in original factory specification with all the usual extras found in these anniversary models:
It has an impressive 266hp (6hp more than the standard 3. 2 S models).
The engine is capable of 62mph in just 5. 7 seconds.
Exhaust system (updated from previous 986 models) featuring a specially-designed, short-pipe unit using top-spec polished stainless steel.

All trim items, such as the door pulls, transmission tunnel, gear knob and handbrake are finished in silver.

Carrera 18” alloy wheels with silver detailed brake callipers.
Porsche widened the track on these models by 10 mm and lowered the ride height by 10mm giving the car a lovely stance.

There is a comprehensive folder of all receipts (totalling more than £15, 000), MOTs and paperwork from new. Locking wheel nut, 2 keys and all booklets and paperwork present. This car has been meticulously maintained with no expense spared and just 2 previous owners.

New clutch, Dual Mass Flywheel, Intermediate Shaft Bearing (IMS), Rear Main Seal (RMS), 2nd gear. (Work completed @ Sports and Classic in 2018) Auxiliary belt, coil pack, new front discs and shoes, new battery. Four new Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tyres and new bonnet struts in 2017. New alternator. Lower front coffin arms, front anti roll bar bushes, rear silencer and fitting kit, drop links & ARBS, racing brake pads, brake lines, rear bonnet struts, roof tensioners.
I have owned it since Feb 2019 and sought out an example that had been extremely well looked after with the intention of keeping it long term. Unfortunately, recent circumstances mean that I now need to sell the car on to a new owner.
