This listing is for a 2001 Rover 45 1. 4 16v L, that has covered just under 45000 miles from new with just 1 local owner.
He has cared for it very well and there is full service history and an extensive folder of receipts, invoices, the original order form and sales invoice and old MOT's. The current MOT runs until the middle of January 2021. It is supplied with a full bookpack and two remote keys.
The specification includes Air-Con (it still works!), ABS, front airbags, original stereo, velour trim, electric front windows, remote central locking, rear wash/ wipe, rear spoiler, 5 speed manual gearbox.
To drive it still feels like it is just a few months old with particularly impressive ride comfort. It's last service was in January of this year.
The overall condition is good although the headlining will need replacement and the fabric on the door cards is lifting a bit. There is a small hole at the rear of the o/ s sill which would need patching and re-finishing soon.
I am offering this car as a rolling restoration that would be a worthwhile project for an avid Rover enthusiast!
