Description
For sale Rover P5 3. 0 Litre, August 1964 model, one of the great British prestige saloons of the 1960s. The P5 represented Rover’s top of the range and was widely used as an official vehicle, appreciated for its comfort, build quality and discreet elegance. This example is black with red leather interior and red carpets, a rare and very elegant combination. The car is complete and original, fully assembled, with no missing or broken parts, making it an excellent restoration project. The bodywork shows no signs of corrosion and the vehicle has been kept in a garage. The paintwork and chromes would benefit from a full refresh, this is reflected in the price. The interior is in good original condition: seats without tears, carpets little worn and the wood trim complete, requiring only cosmetic treatment. Equipped with the 3. 0-litre inline six engine with a manual gearbox, a sought-after configuration. The vehicle has not yet been started up again, but it ran before being laid up around two years ago. A serious Rover P5, authentic and with strong potential for value appreciation after restoration.
