Ted Riley Classics is pleased to offer for sale on behalf of a customer is this 1968 Volvo Amazon 2 door coupe.
The car was last on the road in 2018, unfortunately it has been parked up since then, which has led the car into its current state. It starts with the first turn of the key and runs very well with no known issues. It does drive and stops but will of course need a thorough going over before it can be driven on the road. As you can see there are areas of rust on the sills, doors, bonnet & windscreen frame, there are also several areas of paint fade on the car so a full respray would be required to make it concourse. However, despite all that, it is in very original condition and no modern modifications. It has its original tan leather interior, which is in excellent condition, the dashboard is showing signs of age however this adds to the cars enormous character.
The car comes with a comprehensive history, including a photo file of previous restoration and works carried out. All old MOT’s, parts invoices, original owner’s manual, service & warranty book.
The car has covered only 63, 468 miles since new.
