Fully restored, 1966 Porsche 912 sunroof coupe finished in its original, rare and highly desirable colour combination of 6601 Slate Grey with red leatherette interior.
Manufactured in January of 1966, this car was ordered with an exceptionally high specification for the model. The factory sunroof option in particular being so expensive, that it purportedly pushed the retail car price beyond that of a standard 911!
Imported from California a number of years ago as a project vehicle, it was subsequently subject of a detailed, 'nut & bolt' total restoration to concourse standard - In excessive of £120k being invested by its fastidious owner, to make this car one of the very best available.
Restoration details have all been fully documented in a beautifully bound red leather folder, which also contains the original '66 edition owners manual and other relevant documentation.
