The 1964 2 door fastback Galaxie is regarded as the most sleek of all Galaxies.
The 427 engine was developed by Ford and totally dominated NASCAR, Daytona, Sebring and LeMans 24hr in 1964.
This Galaxie apparently was one of 850 built with the automatic transmission in the Ford Atlanta Georgia Plant and fitted with the new high performance 427in³ FE wedge engine rated at 425 Horsepower.

The Galaxie was imported from Fayetteville Georgia on the 11/ 7/ 2005.
The paintwork and solid bodywork are of a very high standard for 1964 and the car feels and looks like it has had total care and respect all it's life, and oozes originality.
With the Galaxie are spare keys and owner's manual and assorted history.
Ramp inspection is available and we would suggest changing the aftermarket front wheels as they are oversize.
