he Flavia model was the top of the range for the middle class sedan’s in the 1960’s. Constructed by chief engineer Antonio Fessia. In the “MilleOtto” verion with the 1800 cc engine it produced 91 bhp giving the car a top speed of +165 km/ h, which for it’s time was considered quite fast, and still today offers quite a pleasant drive. Using the gear selector mounted at the steering wheel might require some habituation to use, but when learned actually works very smooth and comfortable, illustrating the natural characteristic of driving this car.
This MilleOtto is as Italian as you can get it. Of course build in Torino, and also sold when new to a Signore in Torino in 1967. It has only had very few owners before a Danish collector found it at the Padova fair in 2019 and imported it to Denmark. The car is exceptionally original, and by the Italian historic classic car club ASI judged to be worthy bearing the golden plate for highest possible level of originality. Car drives perfect and is ready to be enjoyed.
