Supplied in August 2001, we have the original order form and correspondence between the buyer and Carrs of Exeter (the Porsche main dealer for Devon). It shows how much thought went into the specification choices, and with the price tag totalling just over 70% of the average UK house price of the time, this 911 was a very serious and exclusive purchase.
Full Savanna beige interior with leather extending over the seats, dashboard, ignition surround and door panels. As a contrast, the trims (instrument surround, centre console, dash trim, centre and side vent surrounds, door panels and speaker surrounds) are finished in dark burr maple.
The theme continues with a leather and dark burr maple steering wheel with Tiptronic controls, and aluminium and dark burr maple details for the handbrake lever and Tiptronic gear selector.
The seats are heated and 8-way electrically adjustable with memory for the driver's side.
Original Porsche CDR-22 radio/ CD plus Sound System (10 speakers).
