One of only 52 right hand drive C16 UK supplied examples, one of only three finished in black, and also one of the finest, in immaculate condition, 38, 000 miles from new with a full and detailed history.
As detailed in the Porsche Certificate of Authenticity on file the factory finished the RS on the 16th of January 1992. This certificate, along with the original sales invoice also on file and stamp in the service book details that the car was registered and supplied by AFN Isleworth to the first owner on the 10th of August 1992. This first owner was none other than Mr John Britten, a stalwart of the Motorsport world with a very significant collection of the finest cars.
The RS comes with a fully stamped service book and substantial very detailed history file with all invoices, MOT certificates and correspondence that covers the life of the car from new to date as detailed below. The car was retained by a long-term owner from 1998 until 2012 who had the car stored from 2005 until 2012 during which time it covered very few miles.

We purchased this RS in 2019 from a regular Hairpin client who has only the finest right hand drive Porsche models in his collection. The car sold immediately without being marketed to another great client who had been looking for a great RS for some years.
Since purchase the car has been stored and maintained by us on the customers behalf in dehumidified conditions. It has only been driven in fine dry conditions and less than 1, 000 miles have been covered. It has been serviced twice by the highly respected Porsche specialist Steve Winter at Jaz Porsche, most recently in May this year at which time the original magnesium wheels were refurbished and all four tyres replaced due to age.
This RS must be one of the finest right hand drive examples in a great rare colour with a low recorded mileage and full history. It is in great order throughout even retaining that original new smell inside specific to the 964 model. It comes with all books, tools, keys, the above-mentioned history file and even the original Blaupunkt Toronto stereo is present and working. The appropriate registration number K9 RSL will remain with the car.
