Supplied new by The TVR Centre in Barnet, this smart 450 Chimaera has covered 79, 000 miles since new and comes with a stamped service book and MOTs back to 2003.
The last owner acquired the car from Dream Machine in 2007. He has improved the car with recommended upgrades throughout his ownership which include, improving the cooling system with an alloy radiator and two stage fans, an MC1 camshaft is fitted along with a new timing chain kit, Leven fittings have updated the dash and instruments and 4. 5 litre engine has a Tornado chip for increased performance. Gaz coil over shock absorbers, braided brake lines, silicon coolant hoses and a new alarm are fitted along with an ACT smooth bore induction kit, an ACT carbon fibre trumpet set is fitted in the plenum changer which itself , has been raised with a billet aluminium spacer. The ignition leads are now Magnecor items.
The interior is very smart with little or no wear on the seats but carpets are showing their age. The smart black bodywork has a few small chips and the original chassis is Waxoyled throughout.
Mechanically, the Chimaera appears excellent and drives superbly. It is MOT'd until October 2022.
Whilst not in pristine condition, this Chimaera is in very good order throughout.
