We are pleased to offer this May 1958 XK150S 3. 4, originally delivered new to a Mr Remington of Palm Beach, America. Shortly after Mr Remington’s purchase the car then changed hands to a tire retailer in Ft. Lauderdale. During its ownership with the second owner, the car was to be maintained for 25 years by Mike Starcevic of Star Jag, he was the individual responsible for setting up Jaguar’s repair network in the USA.
During its time with its third owner, Mr John Lewis. The car continued to be maintained by Star Jaguar in Ft. Lauderdale. A modern 5 speed gearbox was fitted in 2003, replacing its original overdrive transmission. The cars original colour scheme of Cream with red interior was changed to a preferred Indigo blue and beige leather interior.
In 2007 the car was acquired by a Mr Ross Ahlgren of Mallorca, Spain. He purchased the vehicle from Copley Cars in Boston. After 8 years of ownership the car was then bought by its current owner whilst living in Mallorca. Over its 6 years of ownership the car has been lovingly and sparingly used. Its safe to say no expense has been spared in maintaining this XK150s, documented receipts and the costs of ownership in this cars magnificent history file prove just the point. In 2016-2018 the car underwent a full restoration at marque specialist Brian Windle.
