Fitted with a complete 1. 6 litre engine (seized due to standing) from the military paint we assume it's a military recon replacement but is of the correct type for the year.

Excellent project which is very complete and a lovely original body - would make a great patina project.
The chassis needs repair but looks to be usable, the bulkhead will need replacing - INCLUDES REPLACEMENT BULKHEAD (CORRECT BULKHEAD SIDELIGHT TYPE)
More importantly all the expensive parts are there such as good dash, air cleaner, door tops, steering wheel, horn/ dip assy etc, from what we can see very little if anything is missing.
According to the MoD plate it had an overhaul in 1954 which is probable when the replacement engine and pork pie lights were fitted.
