This 2CV was restored from a new chassis in 2018.
As the pictures show, almost everything on the car has been revised. We are probably talking about 1000 man-hours to get to this level of restoration.
This car has only had 3 owners since 1960, the first one from 1960 to 2018, as the Histovec report testifies.
The road test is consistent. The 12hp from the small 425cc engine makes for a nice ride. It brakes straight and normally for a 2hp. The centrifugal clutch is functional and quite practical in town.
