Description
This rare 1966 2CV AZAM, nicknamed “Week-end”, stands out for a transformation into a genuine little motor caravan. Its modification carried out presumably in the 1960s adds historical value to the vehicle. The soft top has been cut to create a skylight. The original boot has, however, been replaced by a wooden chest fixed to the rear.
Hailing from one of the largest private collections devoted to the 2CV, this rare model features numerous fittings:
. A wooden cassette box
. A wooden tool chest
. Two folding camping chairs “Chantazur”
. An period armchair
. A small wooden table
. A small suitcase
. A wine cabinet (full!)
. An era-appropriate gas stove with its gas bottle
. The full set of kitchenware including: 6 forks, 6 knives, 6 large spoons, 6 small spoons, 4 bowls, 2 stem glasses and liqueur glasses, 6 plates, napkins, a serving dish, a trivet, a cooking pot.
. A bedding set for two (mattress, sheets, bolster…)
. A vintage single-wheel trailer with suspension carrying a 1970s folding-handlebar bicycle and a tin trunk
. Two oversized pegs to keep the roof ajar
. Compost toilets
. An umbrella
The overall paintwork is in very good condition and the wheel rim paint is new.
New shock absorbers and the MOT is valid.
