Available now is this beautifully modified 84? Porsche 911.
What started life as an ordinary California native red 911 g body 911 cabriolet is now a beautiful 964 widebody look outlaw. This car was in California and documented since 1991 on the car fax as accident free.
Body completely refinished in white with fiberglass flares front and rear the car looks menacing.
The roof conversion on the cabriolet is a kit sold and installed by GT racing in Colorado.
If you look at the car from the outside its is almost impossible to tell the car was originally a convertible.
Rear window is plex glass for the light weight characteristics as well as the rear quarter windows.
The factory torsion bar suspension has been converted to a fully adjustable coil over set up front and rear.
Wheels are old school and 3 piece BBS E26 magnesium wheels wrapped in Nitto Nt01 tires on all 4 corners.
Tires in the rear are 305s while the front has a set of 255s in a staggered format.
Front RSR style lip paired with rear ducktail finishes off this really good looking classic Porsche.
Interior has been modified heavily. RS door cards have been added to reduce weight and give a more race car appearance. Dash has been redone and is now full alcantara which looks and feels phenomenal. The steering wheel has been replaced with an alcantara Sparco wheel. Front factory seats have been upgraded to newer Sparco Evo bucket seats with Schroth seat belt harnesses.
A bolt in 6 point half cage has been mounted for added chassis rigidity and a rear seat delete has been performed.
A radio delete has been performed and block off plate installed. Below the dash the entire trim is a plaid design which finishes it off really nicely.
Rennline pedals and dead pedal replace the old tired setup from factory as well as a Rennline floor mounted shifter cover to match.
Shifter setup has been upgraded to a smooth shifting DTI branded setup which feels great and shifts smooth.
When you open the frunk a spare tire is present and a Rennline strut bar has been mounted on the shock towers to further reinforce the chassis.
Engine is the 3. 2L flat 6 from factory produced 231HP and was mated to a 5 speed 915 transaxle.
Engine has been fitted with a CARB compliant cobb tuning cold air intake and an aftermarket exhaust.
In the clean car fax you can see how the car passed emissions in California for many years from 1991-2019. Motor and transmission are in good working order.
Car idles perfectly on cold start and does not blow smoke on start up.
Driving this car is really fun, the lightweight feel and torquey flat 6 pulls effortlessly to redline and shifts smoothly in every gear without any grinds or issues.
AC has been deleted for further weight savings.
