Description
Fully repainted in Oxford Blue with black wings, with all wings, bonnet, radiator cowl door glass, running boards etc. removed. Reassembled with new wing piping, running boards & supports, rubber seals etc. Interior stripped, new door cards in marine ply, all mechanisms overhauled, new head lining & interior trim in high quality grey wool cloth. New carpets also fitted. Seats have been restored and in sound condition. Instruments have been checked over and cleaned and dashboard refinished. Wiring replaced as necessary, but petrol gauge can be a shade erratic.
Chassis mechanicals & tyres are in excellent health, & a new stainless exhaust has been fitted.
The roll back sunroof has been sealed shut by a previous owner.
This super little car starts on the button, brakes well, trundles along nicely with good oil pressure attracting admiring glances wherever it goes! It has bags of character, but does jump out of 1st gear when under heavy load for which i believe there is a non engine out solution. Health forces sale, priced to sell as a real bargain!
