My little variation is for sale. Lwb 614 4x4. The whole body and chassis is sandblasted, primed with epoxy and then completely welded, the very last plates are renovated too. Under the body has 2 huge fuel tanks with 75L each and 4 jerry can holder for the another 80L of diesel and there are 2 water tight metal 20L each box for tools and spare parts. The entire driveline is disassembled sandblasted painted, got new bearings and seals. Proshafts sandblasted painted and balanced. Gearbox is a dogleg gearbox with a very short reverse and crawling gear, sandblasted painted and checked. Drivline switchable 4x4 with central locking. New clutch disc and mechanism and bearing. Engine has new crankshaft bearings and connectingrod bearings new bolts and new oil pump seals. Diesel system adjusted in a diesel garage and has got new nozzles. Turbo checked. Valve clearance adjusted. New breaks front and rear with new hoses and break lines, new pistons and brake cylinders. The whole vehicle runs like a dreamInterior 2years ago built by me and a joiner. The whole body is sound deadened with a 5mm sound material. Got a nice woden frame and 40mm of closed cell insulation and heat reflect foil. The furniture is plywood used by the boat builders and natural wood. There are 3 beds for 4-6 people pratically 4 kids 2 adults maybe 3 adults 2 kids or 4 adults... Painted with waterbased materials.
Huge and nice roofrack hold 2x285w polycrystal solar panels and 5m lond and 1. 8m wide with hook points. There is a 3000w 24v pure sine inverter 12/ 24v converter 40a solar controller 2x250Ah agm batteries. The alternator can charge the comfort batteries via a small electric box. The water boiler is 25 liters inox with a 600w heater elements. in 1hour and U have 25L 60celsius hot water. The boiler can be heated with the 8kw diesel air heater. So in winter time U can have always ht water without electricity using. Water system 250L clean cold water 25Lhot water, 75L grey watertank, 6steps of reverse osmose water purifier for the drinkwater. Inner and outer shower, composting toilet with 2gears ventillator. Kitchan has gas oven and cooker and induction cooker. Plenty of storage and very good layout. Table and gas cooker with oven are portable. The kitchen has a120Lfridge 220v 20Lfreezer and there is an aircon 800w batteris has 3hours of capacity without any sunshine or engine running. There is a microwave with grill function. There are 2 huge wardrobe and plenty of storage everywhere. Under the main bed has a place of 16 bananas box. There is a 4. 5m long and2. 5m wide omnistor outside.
