Outstanding original fully restored with low ownership and a genuine low mileage of only 40k. This was a full body off nut & bolt restoration including the chassis to a very high professional national showing standard. The total cost of the restoration exceeded £30k. Many upgrades including new leather competition seats, brakes and suspension, & stainless steel exhaust system. The engine was blueprinted to stage 3 with gas flowed cylinder head.
The grantura's are now becoming very sought after due to their very low numbers. There are only a few mk4 models available in the uk.
Because of it's racing pedigree, this car can easily be adapted to fia compliant specification i. e. Roll bar, tyres electric cutoff switch and fire extinguisher which will increase it's value considerably, often changing hands for upwards of £60k. I have had a genuine quote by a reptuable TVR specialist of £5-6, 000 to make the car fully FIA specification.
Alternatively, if you are looking for an extremely sorted and restored example, this grantura would be very difficult to duplicate.
Considering the cost of the restoration, this car is comptetively priced at £38950. 00 and will make a sound investment for the future. The only reason I am selling it is due to a disability.
