Description
Sadly selling my 1933 Lagonda 16/ 80 saloon which was for many years owned by Brian Savill, a known afficionado of these models and carefully through his ownership he maintained and improved it including steel rods, full flow oil system, new brake drums, etc., etc. The car comes with a huge history file of correspondence, photographs, brown log book, invoices and many technical papers written by Brian concerning the 16/ 80 model. The car appears on the front cover and several pages of Arnold Davey's book Lagonda 2, 3 &3 1/ 2 Litre In Detail. In April 2021 a very complimentary 7 page article appeared in The Automobile magazine a copy of which is in the file. Included in the sale is another set of hardly worn Blockley tyres.
