1992 BMW 520i.
A restoration project for someone who loves these classic BMWs. Perfect in black.
Last used in 2005 with 3 former owners.
My Dad loved this car, and kept it under cover when he stopped driving it but then left it outside in recent years.
It needs some love to get it going again and in good shape. I’ve listed the items I suspect need doing, but you are best having a look yourself.
It would be great to see this driving again and someone enthusiastically taking this car on.
Listed at £1, 000 but happy to discuss price.
List of issues, I suspect need addressing:
- Poor quality respray of bonnet needs redoing
- To restart: brake pipe and brake hose replaced; new fuel pipe; new battery; new tyres; new shock absorbers
- Interior: roof trim needs a deep clean or replacement; back right door interior panel needs replacing; and a good clean
