The second generation BMW 6-series - often referred to as the E64 in convertible form and the E63 in Coupe - first entered the market in 2003, and stayed in production until 2010. Positioned as a Grand Tourer, the shortened two-door convertible was based on BMW’s stalwart 5-series saloon. To try and give it some livelier performance through reduced weight, the doors and bonnet were pressed in aluminium whilst the boot and front wings were made of carbon-reinforced plastic. Visually appealing from all angles, the rear view of the E63/ E64 featured one of the then BMW Design Chief Chris Bangle’s most controversial styling features - a multi-faceted, high-rise boot shape known as a “Bangle Butt”.
This very nice example was supplied new by BMW dealer Wood of Bournemouth and first registered on 9th May 2006 and is finished in Metallic Grey with a Cream Leather interior and electric Black mohair Roof, 4799cc Engine, 6 Speed Automatic Gearbox, Cruise Control, Sat Nav and 18" Alloy Wheels.
The base price of the car when new was £59, 300 but it came with a number of options totalling £7, 365 and final cost being £66, 665.

It has been very well maintained throughout its life by both BMW main dealers and specialists and there are 14 stamp's in the service book. It also went through a full BMW check in October 2021 (82, 422 miles) after a recall and other than a note on the rear tyres having slight feathering to the edge, it was given a clean bill of health. The car has now covered 84, 131 miles from new and does come with its BMW leather wallet containing all books and manuals, plus MOT history and certificates and a fair few invoices for works undertaken and it is ULEZ compliant!
This is a lovely car in excellent condition and is really nice to drive. A very expensive car from new and prices are just starting to edge back up again.
Upon sale, the car will come with a pre-sales service and our own 3 Month Mechanical Warranty which can be upgraded and extended at additional cost if required.
