Restored for Toby Andersen 28 years ago in 1994, this is when the bike was last road taxed,
the bike was then displayed in the Toby Andersen ( 'Musician' ) ( 'Curiosity Killed The Cat' )
London office until recently.
Restoration work carried out in 1993/ 4 consisted of a full engine refresh / new bodywork & frame paint.
The Norton has since been gently recommissioned and returned for road use.
New oils / handlebar grips / plugs / plug caps / + New 12v Battery just fitted.

The featherbed frame was a motorcycle frame invented by the McCandless brothers and offered to
the British Norton motorcycle company to improve the performance of their racing motorcycles in
1950. It was considered revolutionary at the time, and the best handling frame that a racer could have.
This particular Norton has been fitted with an early stronger original 1950 featherbed frame / swingarm
