A very rare opportunity to purchase possibly the best 1967 MGB GT for sale in the UK. Offered in fully restored condition featuring a new heritage body shell.
The MG was restored over a period of 10 years by a previous owner, since it was rebuilt, the car has covered less than seven thousand miles. At the time of it’s rebuild the car was fitted with new brake & clutch master cylinders, brakes, dash clocks, glass, wiring loom, stainless steel exhaust system, new tyres all round and much more…
The cockpit was also treated to a tasteful upgrade, the seats have been re-trimmed in red leather with matching red carpets throughout. The dashboard and centre console have been done in walnut which adds a real sense of class to the car over and above the standard trim.
The engine bay is immaculate as you would expect, recently it has been treated to a full service which included engine oil & filter change & new spark plugs, we also checked the oil in the gearbox & the differential.
The MG drives incredibly well, with excellent performance, the overdrive works flawlessly. It is more than capable of keeping up with modern traffic & would make a superb touring car.
You will not find a better example for the same price.
