The tuned by STi version of the Legacy GT was limited to 600 units, available only in Japan. Mine was imported by Torque GT in 2020 and underwent their usual preparation including full underseal, speedo conversion to miles and inspection service.
The STi specification includes the following:
Bilstein STi tuned suspension including pillow ball rear links
18" STi wheels
STi front and rear spoilers
Brembo brake package with braided hoses
Exclusive STi Stitched logo Leather/ Alcantara seating with red stitching
STi electro-luminescent gauge pack with 260K speedometer
STi badging
STi dual tip twin exhausts
This is the a rarer, 280bhp, manual version and being a facelift model benefits from a 6 speed gearbox and Si drive. During my ownership it has undergone a full belt service, fitting of Michelin Pilot sport 4 tyres all round, 4 wheel alignment, installation of new dash (replacing sun damaged Japanese one) together with a Pioneer double din head unit and a new OEM clutch.
