Description

Paintwork is reported to be in generally good condition, and the car has previously been resprayed.
Rear bumper bar is dented and scratched, and there appears to be corrosion within the lower sections.
Inside, the cabin is in fair condition, with some wear and discolouration visible across the seats, a small split in the upholstery above the radio, and blemishes and areas of lifting trim on the door card and dashboard. Cadillac Series 62 spanned the period from 1948 until 1953, with its design influenced by WWII-era aircraft, in particular for the ‘rudder-type’ rear fenders.
The 1950 model sat lower to the ground, with sleeker styling and a one-piece windscreen.
This example is finished in black, accented by large chromed front and rear bumpers with over-riders, chrome styling lines, and chrome lower rocker covers.
Inside, the seats are trimmed with red leather, which also extends to the door cards.
Iincludes a hydraulically operated soft top, power windows, and a period-correct Blaupunkt.
