Stored since 1987 in a very dry garage belonging to my neighbour. I was hoping it would have a decent chassis but sadly, it hasn’t! Usual rust so will need new chassis (Lotus Bits are now making them) or conversion to an Excel chassis.
On the plus side it has a very good interior (headlining is dropping) and the engine turns freely. I put a new battery on it, but it will an exhaust and the engine going through. ENGINE NOW RUNNING with new alternator, water pump, cam belt, plugs/ points carbs rebuilt.
Paint looks ok from a distance but less good close up: I have seen worse, and you could live with it.
Most of the electrics work amazingly.
Have fitted new tyres, refurbished fuel tank
Would consider swap for interesting fifties, sixties or seventies classic.

I can supply refurbished front brake callipers, rear cylinders, master cylinder, new windscreen and front repair panel for approx £1500Car moves and drives but no brakes
One of the headlamp pods has now been removed as the fixing for the vacuum unit needs brazing back on.
Bonnet removed for engine access and needs cam belt covers and air tubes putting back. Price quoted is about half what the project owes me. New V5 in my name
