Beschreibung
In pearlescent grey with dark blue hide seats.
In excellent order throughout having covered, we believe, only 37, 800 miles since new, this lovely Daimler has a virtually full history file going to back new.
It was supplied new by The Parade Garage in Bourne End, Bucks and the Service Booklet shows that they serviced the car for the first couple of years and the Booklet and Passport to Service then record services up to 2000. MOT certificates back up the mileage with only the 1976 to 1989 missing when it is understood that the Daimler was in storage. There are various invoices in the file confirming ongoing care including brake work, servicing, and the fitting of Michelin tyres all round in 2020.
Kensington specialist dealer Graeme Hunt sold the 250 in 2013 at 36, 500 miles.
The Daimler has the fine Edward Turner 2. 5 litre V8 engine, which is running beautifully, and comes with an automatic gearbox and factory power steering. It has aged gracefully and had lovely straight panel gaps with even bodywork was repainted in the nineteen nineties. The interior is beautifully original with just light wear to show its age and the factory toolkit in intact.
Lovely and original throughout, this is a fine example in very good fettle and must be one of the nicest V8 250s remaining.
