A quality vintage car in stunning order. I aquired this car in 2008. It arrived to me from the States after a lay up of around 70 years and only covering some 44, 000 miles from new. A total refurbishment was carried out, including a full proffessional retrim. Other extensive work has been carried out:- big end nuts re-torqued, new rings fitted and bores honed, head and block re-faced, valves re-seated, new gaskets fitted, the auotvac was replaced with a reconditioned unit from Autovac UK, a new radiator core was supplied and fitted by Northampton Autorads with an increaed capacity of 40%, four new tyres were fitted, the footbrake linings replaced, attention was given to the wiring where neccesary. All the engine work etc has been carried out in the past 5 months and the car has only covered test mileage since.
On aquisition and after initial refurbishment the car was used as a successful Wedding Car, covering around two dozen Weddings. I have now retired, hence the reason for selling this immaculate car. The car has a UK MOT certificat to Feb. 2011.
