Condition
Here at SLSHOP we always enjoy seeing an R107 SL wearing a G registration plate, symbolising a car that was built right at the tail end of R107 production in 1989.
This beautiful SL has been known to SLSHOP for some time, finished in the very desirable shade of Nautical Blue Metallic. Often called Nautic Blue, this colour was only available for the final three years of production. A deep and luxurious hue, when matched with a beige leather interior it makes for a very luxurious combination. The addition of rear seating makes this a practical SL for small children (and grandchildren!), whilst the outside temperature gauge was a cost option from new that makes for a neat addition today.
Inside and out the car presents beautifully, testament to many years of careful ownership. Serviced by Stuart Rieman Mercedes-Benz Specialists from 1989 to 2015 when it showed 45, 212 miles, it was then serviced by two other well known specialists before appearing on our radar for its most recent service stamp.
With low mileage and superb history, this SL that is finished in what could be argued as the most desirable late-car colour combination is simply not to be missed.
